The values that sit at the core of our company are we’re honest, we care, and we deliver.

Honesty can be difficult sometimes, however, we believe that honesty is the best policy. We care about the people we impact. People are not only key to your business, but they are central to ours and we care about doing right by them. We believe in long-term partnerships and seek to build trust and faith through our performance, which is why one of our core values is ‘we deliver’. We aim to deliver for all our stakeholders, and our 24/7 service allows us to achieve 99.9% delivery to all clients.

We grow our reputation by delivering for suppliers, team members and clients alike. This post will focus in on each individual value, examining in closer detail what each of the values mean for our clients.

WE’RE HONEST:

We believe in working with honesty and integrity, ensuring that clients are constantly kept up to date with our progress in delivering workforces. We also believe in sharing ideas, thoughts, and keeping you up to date with our latest developments. In addition to regular catch-ups, we provide monthly newsletters for clients to keep abreast of all things Arc.

Using our client portal, you can monitor bookings, request more team members, and rate our service so we can continuously meet your needs.

As a GLAA-licensed company and members of the ALP and Sedex, we understand the compliance required surrounding Modern Slavery. We work with all partners to ensure responsible recruitment is undertaken across our supply chain. 

WE CARE:

With people being central to our business, we care about providing equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, or disability. We care about giving job opportunities to local people. With a fully online and flexible recruitment process, we are perfectly placed to recruit locally and make sure your Arc team represents people from the area.

Don’t just take our word for it! In 2018, Arc was recognised as in Investor in People Silver Award, for the commitment we show to those we work with. We are now aiming to achieve Gold by the end of the year.

Furthermore, in November 2020, 50% of all our Full Timers were studying towards extra qualifications to further their careers. These qualifications not only showcase one of the many benefits that we offer to our employees but also one of the ways in which we engage with our employees. We care about career development and the growth of skills that can be applied both in and out of the workplace.

We aim to use our business as a force for good. This means we aim to make a positive contribution to all stakeholders, including the people and planet. Our aim is to be the most sustainable business of our type. This is exemplified through our completion of the B-Corp certification, legally binding us to ensuring the business is having a positive impact on not just profit, but all people and the planet. We are hoping to have our B-Corp status by late 2021, and we are very excited about this.

We also care about our workforce, and they are supported through charity partners such as The Mix, as well as our dedicated People Welfare Manager.

This is measured internally with a performance target of 99.9% delivery to all clients. We pride ourselves at being at the service of our clients – our operation is 24/7, so we are on hand all the time for a member of your team to speak to.

Arc’s reach is nationwide. Using our bespoke staffing technology developed in partnership with our suppliers. Arc is able to provide a wide variety of roles across the UK, helping our partners to meet their staffing levels, whether high-volume or smaller, niche positions.

Our online application process is completely bespoke to suit any client’s needs. Specific roles, certifications, training, psychometric testing, or background checks can all be added to the recruitment process to ensure workers are hired to meet your relevant criteria in all aspects.

Each of our values hold great importance to us as a business. By working with honesty and integrity, we ensure that our clients are always up to date and that your needs are continuously met by us via the client portal and regular catchups. People are central within our business, and we care about giving equal opportunities to everyone, no matter who they are, where they live or where they are from.
